At Lienhard VIII, every piece is carefully produced, inspected, and handled with attention to detail. As an independent limited-run label, we aim to maintain responsible production practices and avoid unnecessary waste.

Due to our limited quantities and independent production structure, return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

 

Return Period

Returns may be requested within 14 calendar days after delivery.

Before returning an item, customers must contact us via email at:

Returns sent without prior notification may not be accepted.

 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unworn and unused

• Be in its original packaging

• Include all original labels and tags attached

• Show no signs of wear, washing, damage, alteration, perfume, smoke, or other usage

• Be announced to us in advance via email prior to shipping the return.

• Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

 

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

As a small independent label producing limited quantities, we are unable to offer free returns. This allows us to maintain the quality and craftsmanship of each piece while reducing unnecessary environmental impact.

 

Inspection & Refund

Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected.

If the item meets all return requirements, the refund will be processed through the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Please contact us before sending any item back.
