Born from the rhythm of Thailand and refined through Swiss precision, Lienhard VIII is a Muay Thai–inspired streetwear and athleisure. A symbol of the fighter’s spirit on each clothing. We blend Thai culture with modern performance and clean, powerful silhouettes.
But Lienhard VIII wants more than just aesthetics.
We consciously choose sustainable fabrics and high-quality craftsmanship to challenge the fast pace and waste of the fashion industry. We believe clothing should last, just like the values it represents.
And our mission goes beyond fashion.
1% of our success supports an orphanage in Khon Kaen, Thailand, the founder’s hometown. This is our first step toward a larger vision: Helping protect vulnerable children and contributing to efforts that fight child exploitation. We also support elephants in Thailand’s national parks, honoring the country’s cultural and natural heritage.
To celebrate the Muay Thai community, we interview Swiss Muay Thai practitioners, sharing their stories of struggle, discipline, and triumph.

About the Founder
Jane Yanie Lienhard
Jane Yanie Lienhard was born in Switzerland and is proudly half Thai. Growing up between two cultures, Muay Thai was part of her identity. For over eight years, she has trained in Aarau and Zurich and learned the respect and mental strength that Muay Thai demands.
At the same time, her creative path led her to study Fashion Design in Basel. While working within the fashion industry, she witnessed its darker sides: overproduction, low quality, and ethnical neglect. She knew she wanted to create something different. Something honest.
With two great passions, fashion and her soul sport Muay Thai, she founded Lienhard VIII.
For Jane, this brand is deeply personal. It is the meeting point of her heritage, her training, her creativity, and her purpose. It is her way of honoring Thai culture while applying Swiss standards of quality and precision.

Aurora La Russa
Behind the powerful designs of Lienhard VIII stands the mastery of Aurora La Russa, our Head of Product Development and Designer.
Aurora’s journey began with true craftsmanship. She completed her apprenticeship as a tailor in Zurich.
Her designs have been showcased at Zurich Fashion Week, where her talent of pattern and detail has been shown. But beyond the spotlight, Aurora’s heart belongs to the art of creation itself.
Aurora personally sewed the very first seven Lienhard VIII tracksuits herself. She immersed herself in understanding Muay Thai: the movements, the rituals, the needs of fighters. She researched how athletes train, how they carry their gear, how they move before and after stepping into the ring. From that dedication came thoughtful details, like discreet inside pockets designed specifically for mouthguards. For Aurora, tailoring is not production: It is devotion.
